Fresh meat.

Introduction
Name: Kristie.
Age: 16.
Location: Victoria, BC, Canada, North America, Earth.
Sexuality: Straight as an arrow.
Ethnicity: I'm kind of like Fez. Nobody really knows.

Music
Genre: Pretty much everything. I don't discriminate against rap and country, either.
5 bands: Bright Eyes, Blood Brothers, Bob Marley, Modest Mouse, The Postal Service.
Favorite song: Bright Eyes - Let's Not Shit Ourselves (To Love And Be Loved).
Favorite lyrics: "I've learned to retreat at the first sign of danger. I mean, why wait around if it's just to surrender? And ambition, I've found, can lead only to failure. I do not read the reviews. No, I am not singing for you."

Preferences
Movies: Rejected by Don Hertzfeldt.
Food/Drink: Chocolate chip muffins and orange juice.
Books: To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, 1984 by George Orwell.
Hobbies: I sometimes play guitar. I've played for about three years, but sort of quit as I've grown bored of it, and started playing drums, a little piano, and I'm learning accordion (yay) and music theory (blech).
Color: Black and white, particularly in the polka dot form. So what if they're not real colours?
Website: http://mxtabs.net, http://maddox.xmission.com
Country: I've never been anywhere but Canada and the US, so Canada I suppose (Despite Canadian Idol and Celine Dion).
Cartoon Character: Brian Griffin. He is me in dog form.

Controversial Issues
Birthcontrol/abortion: This is a morbid thought, but I would rather see a dead unborn child than a child who's born into neglect and poverty. Ideally, I would rather see neither, which is why birth control is a much better alternative to abortion or having unwanted children.
Death penalty: It's better than rotting in a jail cell while your conscience eats away at you. And besides, killing somebody who killed somebody else just says it's okay to kill to me.
Religion: Much like the PETA, it's cool if you want to live your life like that, but don't go around forcing it on other people.
Homosexuality: We should embrace the idea of love, (because the world needs more of it), and eradicate hate for things we don't necessarily understand or agree with. Live and let live. It will make you a better person.
Government: It's easy to criticize, it's a lot harder to offer a better solution. As long as government has existed, so have people that say "I could do a better job", yet nobody does. I suppose you can't please each individual person, so there will never be a perfect government.
Usa: I think they have damn cushy lives, and shouldn't risk it by getting too cocky with their power.
Racism: This isn't really a controversial issue. To be controversial, it needs to have two approximately equal sides, and not many people are all "GO RACISM". In any case, it's completely illogical. What else needs to be said?
Socio-economic classes: I'd like to say we're all created equally, but I would be lying. However, getting rid of it would be a bad idea (See: communism). Nobody would have any goals to work for, none of us would really get ahead in life, and we would slack off in our jobs.
Immigration: They're just invisible borders. If they work for the same pay as aboriginals and obey the same laws, what's the problem? Besides, variety is good when it comes to people.

Other:
Future Profession/Plans: I plan on being a pharmacist, as I thrive in chemistry (Nerd? You bet).
Where are you going to promote robotsarepretty: I'll put a banner in my user info, and advertise in add_me. I promise.
Make us laugh:

Who doesn't love Family Guy? Not me!
